At MFC, we want you to love your home; if your furniture or decor isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your MFC account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the product if necessary and place it back into its original box with all hardware and instruction manuals included.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the exterior of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
